This listing is for one large hot cold rice pack. Your new Reusable Heat Pack is created from a dark floral Batik Fabric and filled with organic rice. I have included a close up of the fabric that was actual taken from the bolt of cloth however please note this fabrics color varies quite a bit throughout the bolt so the placement and colors may vary a bit. The last picture is taken from the bolt and is similar to this heat pack. Each pack is created with several chambers so the filling doesn't bunch up on one side and the pack can easily be made to fit around aching shoulders, sore muscles and joints and well as used to support the lower back whether you are in the car on a long road trip or ensconced in the recliner for the Super Bowl. The large therapy packs can be used hot or cold for the relief of aches & pains, back pain, broken bones and sprained muscles as well as pulled muscles. Use it hot for older injuries and everyday aches & pains as well as cramps. Use it cold for newer injuries likes sprains, bruises and broken bones as well as hot flashes. One of the ways I personally like to use it for is for lower back support when sitting on my couch or driving in my car. It's also great support when sitting in my office chair. Just fold it in half lengthwise and situate it behind your lower back.
